Au Japon, le Shinrin Yoku est une m\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9vention et de sant\u00e9 reconnue par l&#8217;\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n<p>Le fondateur du Shinrin Yoku est Qing Li, professeur et m\u00e9decin de l&#8217;environnement \u00e0 la Nippon Medical School de Tokyo. Il a notamment constat\u00e9 que le fait de passer du temps en for\u00eat augmente le nombre de cellules tueuses naturelles qui combattent les cellules canc\u00e9reuses et les virus. Ainsi, notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire est renforc\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re naturelle. Il a envoy\u00e9 un groupe dans la for\u00eat et en a laiss\u00e9 un autre dans la ville.
